Marketing Communications Strategy/Plans

Strategy
All businesses need to know where they want to get to when they set out – otherwise how can they work out how to get there?
Thinking through the strategy process, follows some well recognised steps.
The answers to the questions who, what, why, where, when and how in
relation to the product or service, customers, method of distribution
and place where you are doing business, and timescales,
all form the basis of your marketing communications strategy.

headings you should have in a marketing plan.
By filling these headings with information from your business,
you can then use the plan for future decision making.

Research
If you are busy doing the business, it can be difficult to step back and think about plans for the future. But if you keep doing the same things – you will keep getting the same results – not rocket science, but merely a statement of fact. If your results are good it’s probably down to good planning – if not – or perhaps they are in the “could do better” section then it is essential to take time to sit down and analyse why – and make a plan for doing better. Action
This should be the easy part! You’ve done all the thinking, and the working out, now you just need to put it into action and the results will start to show – but there may be a problem  - do you have the resources to action your plans? If not, I can help. I can either come in to do interim management, or research and project work.
If you have no in-house  writing/editing/reviewing skills I can take care of  this for you. I can also tackle bespoke work which may require other skills,
for example design and print, event management etc.
